Practice · Yoga
A practice you can keep for a lifetime.
Four styles, taught by senior teachers, in a studio that asks nothing of you but presence. New to yoga? Begin with Slow Flow or Restorative.

Slow Flow
An unhurried sequence of postures linked to the breath. Strong but never rushed.
Vinyasa
A dynamic practice that builds heat, strength and steadiness. Best for those who want to move.
Yin
Long-held floor postures that work into connective tissue. Quiet, deep, restorative.
Restorative
Fully supported postures held for several minutes. A reset for an exhausted nervous system.
